Do the online calculators cost anything?
No. Margin, labor burden and change-order calculators are free and accessible without an account.
How much is the Profit Toolkit?
The launch offer is $19 USD once, down from $29 before any applicable taxes. There is no recurring subscription.
How is the product delivered?
After a successful Stripe payment, the confirmation page provides a download link. A secure reusable download link is also emailed using the Stripe payment webhook.
What software do I need?
The workbook is an .xlsx file intended for Microsoft Excel and compatible applications. Formulas should be reviewed if you import it into another spreadsheet product.
Can I modify the files?
Yes, you can adapt the templates for one business's internal use. Sharing files publicly, redistributing, or reselling them isn't included in the license.
What if my email never arrives?
Check spam and promotions folders. Your payment-success page also contains a verified download link. Contact support with your Stripe receipt if necessary.
Do you offer refunds?
Because this is a downloadable digital product, refund requests are reviewed case-by-case where required by applicable law. Contact support if the product is defective or inaccessible. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
Are calculator results guaranteed?
No. Output is only as accurate as your assumptions. You remain responsible for estimates, contract compliance, local requirements, taxes and professional judgment.
